All good points and appreciate the thoughts. I suspect a further ball in play is the possible desire to improve / strengthen relations with Australia in the face of regional Chinese dominance. The main risk is being excluded from US bidding. I suspect the removal of the CEO was to help minimise this risk and also possibly to place someone better aligned with the current administration. If they are found guilty I would be very suprised if the result exceeded a financial penalty, with possible criminal prosecution extended to the former CEO but highly unlikely. Far worse has occurred with far less in repercussions (Dark Waters). Discounting complete exclusion, the share seems very well priced in the current market.
