I make this comment before tomorrow's announcement to illustrate the potential unfairness in non disclosure... In a publicly owned company timely disclosure is paramount. It is possible that during the last period of halted trading that others including significant holders have been made aware of the current situation. The rest of us are ignorant. Upon opening of trading this could present a significant imbalance of knowledge and thus a privileged position for some to trade upon..... just saying. grrrr
