Yeah that’s why they are still drilling and is the nature of all initial resources... so they give the best estimate with +/- either side... they don’t just announce the top end estimate... so it could go either way.
The fact they can announce what they have means they have some confidence and with this extra drilling they are doing it will only increase the confidence.
Nothing is ever 100% in mining as plenty of cos have found out after they start pulling dirt out of the ground.
