Just a general and very uninformed reply to Atlas.
I have seen some proprties around the GC that I gather are MFS/OCV/PIF? related in some way....excellent locations...and they have gone from Auction boards to 'for sales'.
I know that is a very vague response but could mean they are NOT prepared to let go of good investments in a soft or morgagee market.
Hanging out for reasonable returns for the owners, i guess.
