It is sitting right on 3.1 c closing price break out. Now back testing after testing the recent highs with the 3s historically being a strong congested zone that requires some churning through. What we now need to see is some consolidation, maybe testing the MA 10 intraday at 2.8 or t least attempting to and buyers stepping in. to keep this at the 3.1 c. Whatever happens we need support confirmed at 3.1 and volumes to increase in these 3s range.
With the caliber of Rosen and the revenue and margins forecast, just the PE ratio (if that is what one's investment is based on) is compelling at these prices.
