I think a cup and handle arrangement is a little indeterminate ... more like a 'cup and handle handle' (yes, two handles) at the moment. I'm happier just drawing a breakout line across the 3.1 levels and regarding any trading above it as indicative of breakout activity. All we need to confirm that will be rising volume bars ... and, with the number and type of positive circumstances actions associated with this stock (see Insaf's final sentence just above), they should not be too long in coming.
This is not a stock where one 'hopes', but rather 'anticipates'. It's just a matter of time.
