This is a huge turning point for SEEK (maybe the biggest).
Andrew transitioning to CEO of SEEK and leading SEEK investments and divesting ZP. This signals to me that SEEK is transitioning to a conglomerate of tech startups similar to IAC over in NASDAQ.
As shareholders how I foresee that we will receive value would be from spinouts of our ESVs and shareholders getting shares in each of those spinouts. Similar to how IAC's shareholders receive shares in the spinouts of Match Group (parent company of Tinder), Expedia, TripAdvisor, Vimeo (potential), Live Nation/Ticketmaster, etc.
