In the AGM presentation, Hoedemaker said that they have received message loud and clear that shareholders don't want any more dilution, but management felt the last one was necessary due to the uncertainty of the pandemic.
Given that management then went and put their hands in their own pockets and picked up a bunch of shares at 5 cents, I am assuming that the dilution days are behind us.
Time will tell of course.
