I suspect that BobF is after the same thing as I am. INFORMATION. It has been sadly lacking from the company and now it is sadly lacking from your friend who has his sights on taking over the board.

If you look back at my posts, I was the first person to, conditionally, throw my vote behind your action. I am still waiting for the information that I need so as to decide whether to back any proposal. I have sought information both here on HC, and through the email contact that you posted.

All I have been told is that some random person that I do not know personally, and have no idea of his business credentials or his ethics, may want to overthrow the board of PET. Apparently he has 2 mates that may want to join him. You definitely have my vote. Sounds like a winner.
