Well short answer is see red circle below.

Longer answer is going to be more complex and will involve many factors such as any delays, how smoothly it all goes, what is uncovered during the trials....it can both be positive OR negative. The dates below are all speculative and are to the best of their knowledge at the time.

After the red circle has happened (below) there is a period of time for registration...and then if all goes well we may get approval.
