    Is it a P&D?

    For the first time I see some glimmer of hope now they have the control they need to make decision and make things happen. Easiest way to test this is to NOT SELL and see if buyers continue to build.

    I am sute that long term holders need a recovery far greater than 5 cents or 10 cents so lets see
