You say Jesus is the Word in 1:1, so stand up and be counted and address the area I covered, re 1:1-3, creation as if Jesus is the Word, you have to show Gen as being, and Jesus said and Jesus said.

In other words, the through Jesus meaning, in reference to creation has to be correctly understood and the Bible from what I'm seeing, gives NO options in this regard.

The Word in John 1:1, is in effect much about Jesus, the one to be, about creation as in Gen and the word as in the word of God, life eternal.

Jesus name meaning = God (Almighty God and Father that is) is salvation or God saves,................and that plan was to be through the future Jesus.

Christ = Anointed one, hence he got it without measure.

Light, God is Light and Father of it and his word is Light, Jesus got his word without measure, hence became A Light into the world, only after Baptism.

Now exalted, via inheritance, his name is called The Word of God. = NAME has to come form somewhere -> and God was The Word.
Name only, is called that,.........why, Just like the name Jesus depicts his role that God had for him, likewise the Word of God, as he was given it, the word of life without measure, the carrier of it.
Yes, much of this word of life, THAT which was with the Father 1 John 1:1-2, centers around Jesus.
That word of life, plan, is what came down, forth, out from God, just as Jesus tells us.

If I give you my word, NO WAY do you become my word, likewise, Jesus does not and did not become the Word of the Word of God.

All things, all power etc was placed in his hands, and the likes of what he says, I can do nothing of myself (John 14:10, Acts 22:22).
1 Cor 15:28 - And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.

If he was the creator, or master worker etc, there would be nothing to place in his hands, already in them etc.
