So basically
JB couldn't trade around the quarterly (price sensitive)
So... the board gave him the approval to trade near the 4E and that's fine because there is nothing in the 4E that we haven't already seen in the quarterly (the do quarterly accounts)...
The only thing I think to come out of this is making sure absolutely everyone following the stock knows JB is buying now
