I think you are right Claws. There is obviously some proppimg going on here to keep the share price above the SPP. Once this dissappears you would imagine it will go 20-30% below SPP price at 1.5.That's just what I don't get about this company. They seem to think investors will take up the offer. Very dillusional i.m.o. Get real Intec.
It will be a flop unless you get some news out, or at least say how many shares the directors are getting.
