Any idea on how Vaneck make up their Basket ?
I have noticed that the New York US$ price only changes every second day,
Also the price that the Chinese are offering to buy RE Concentrate for has not changed in Months,
If the Vaneck price is weighted on Western Companies it could explain the variation ~ Main reason why PRE is going to Saltend
