Not sure how much weight that "good faith" provision carries, because as you say, they could slowly jack up the prices to make the product less competitive, which would trigger reduce volumes and breach one of the terms on the exclusive agreement ahead of the 5 year term; but as pointed out by @zhanginu , it may damage the cooper brand and also hurt the distribution channel that goodyear may not have access to (specialist shops etc)
Without an in depth knowledge of the industry, hard to know how this will play out in practise....will just have to keep a close eye
