Worth also noting that on 10 Feb 2020, the top 20 held 69.97% of the shares on issue.
We will get a look at this again in the Annual Report shortly, but key movements including the capital raise during the year look to be:
- Jane Cameron, increased holding from $14.84% up to 19.98%
- CVC increased holding from $14.09% up to 17.43%
- AgFood joined and now have 9.52%
- Ellerston ceased to be substantial, from 7.70%, so they could be zero, or might still have some.
Either way, AgFood grabbed more, which balances it out even if they did sell everything.

That looks like the Top 20 should be closer to, if not holding above 80% of the TFL shares.
The more shares in safe hands the better, scarcity will help as price starts to rise!!
