so these new shares to be issued in 4mths time, so plenty of pumps before then to get it higher. for working capital purposes which leads me to think that the current $2.5 million they have is going to be used for some type of significant deal(s). This is getting exciting now !!!
A market/operational update on any progress or developments would be welcomed by the market and shareholders no doubt, which will re-rate the current pissy mkt cap of $26 mill. @P/E ratio of 3, lol...

and all this cash doesn’t factor in the next level of revenue to report for the March Qtr, which is going to be higher than the previous Qtr of $3.7 million, as stipulated by management in their previous please explain.
