when is the ucl recommendation due?

When do the independent directors get their report from the independent expert to decide whether to go with mak or ucl?

I suppose they can't have accepted yet unless they accepted mak straight after they made the first recommnedation to accept mak before the url bid came out. Once it came out they said not to accept mak until they'd reviewed the ucl bid. So when will we know???
