Like everything else there are pros & cons when it comes to dual listing. The main advantage, increased liquidity, greater access to capital, increased chance of takeover and higher public profile.
The main disadvantages I see is initial and ongoing costs, and higher workload on management.


Personally I don’t really care much for dual listing, but this could be very different and possibly a very smart and well timed move by management with some announcements of Substance around the corner!!


Time will tell, but I honestly believe that this has been a well thought out plan by management to capture the largest audience possible and to reap the best outcome for all shareholders!
