I am guessing that what he means is that after our first submission they only asked us to clarify on about 25% of the things. Not sure this is what was meant, but after reading it that was how I understood the statement.
The process that we are in with BAPE is typical. We submit, they question, we resubmit again. It could go a couple of rounds. I am hoping we have addressed their issues to at least enough to get a conditional approval, if not full approval. If we get NAL approval, BAPE will be much easier because we will not have a processing plant on site, the chance of spilling caustic chemicals into the environment will cease to be an issue.
