I am sure that they (KAR and CoP) know alot more then what they have announced. And in time once proven one by one they will announce to the public. This is another POSITIVE absolutely!!!! Its how you play the stock market that counts, there has been alot of new make a quick buck holders come on board, which in their case this is a negative news.
