IMO, the response time was faster previously as the MAK bid and report request was indefinitely setup prior to public knowledge to enable a prompt delivery and takeover, in line with the interests of the BON / MAK directors. I wouldn't be surpised that a more cautious (dare I say relaxed?) approach has been taken regarding the UCL offer, as it will be far more stringently examined than the MAK offer, and conveniently in the meanwhile most have already signed over to MAK and continue to do so. Perhaps having held on for so long is taking its toll on my patience...
