Whats the total cost ($) per hour of a system wide outage vs that of developing and maintaining failover and where does that responsibility fall? (hint: they are not wage employee's).
Its a no-brainer. Its more of a reflection of how unemployable most stake holders (TYR customers with 6+ yo terminals) REALLY are.
