Get your facts straight first:

Firstly, they are nearing the end of a very comprehensive DFS & BFS ... these are very costly affairs, but importantly, very valuable assets to have on the resource. The finalisation of a positive BFS on Etango will crystalise the inherent value of the resource.
Secondly, the expenses in the last quarter included the "One-off" payment to Savanna. Vital to clearing the way for BMN's future.
Thirdly, if you had bothered to do any research at all, you would see that a $30mil cap raising IS ALREADY underway ... hence the market holding back. The $1 share was a time to load up, not prattle on!
Finally, your allusion to "smoke & mirrors" is ridiculous & insulting and is frankly worthy of an Ignore
