could be credit/DRAWDOWN facility, but as they got knocked back on that before i think it has to be a cap raiser. Wonder how much they're going for now? $50m has to be close to the mark. But market will ask demanding questions, like "why didnt RSG get it right first time round ?" Only speculation on my part, but if cap raiser wonder what will be issue price? 60c?? Once this is done RSG to go northward quicktime 2cw
