I was speculating before the details of the news came out.
They are dilutive if exercised, non-dilutive if not exercised. APT still have the option to pay back the loan. So until it's dilutive it isn't.
Essentially this is a 0% interest loan to APT for 5 years. It gives the lender an option on APT shares with a strike price of $180-$194 over 5 years.
Where the world is worrying about inflation and rising rates, if this deal goes through it's massively accretive to APT and us as shareholders.
I haven't seen a deal like this before so i'm still processing it all. Need to see more specific around the exercise and payback rules of this deal.
