Companies that are kicking goals don't tend to revisit the raise price as often as those who are struggling . In some instances the SP takes off due to the forecasted increase in upcoming revenue, which can be supported by new interest in the company due to the raise itself.
This is a promotional tour, with instos being the main attraction, new money is new interest, and in this case is definitely a positive rather than a negative imo.
