Yes I know this. My point was that - looking only at cash receipts if we subtract the $39.7 mil cash received for mesh then we get a number that is smaller than last year. This number is prior to disbursements.
Axe mentioned that the fees retained for the mesh case after disbursements was 22.9mil - this shouldn't impact the point I made above. I'm also not sure I can see where this $22.9mil number comes from but I may have just missed this. If someone can point me to a source I'd appreciate it. Not saying it's wrong, but would just like to know.
