Have re read this document and note the following extract:

Carnarvon has awarded the drilling management services to Petrofac, which in the short term will include
completion of detailed well design, procurement of long lead items and contracting the drilling rig and
associated services, including the shore base location. The appointment followed a highly competitive
evaluation process.

These are hardly actions of an oiler waiting to see how B-10 goes and a good indication of its confidence of there being commercial oil in the attic. Adrian is usually a bit more conservative.

Ordering long lead time items is smart to shorten the timeframe to first oil and most importantly - CASH for Dorado and us patient shareholders.
