    Well on the call they seemed very bullish on 2H21. In addition to the 1H21 presales they also have some carried over from 2H20 which will settle in 2H21.

    Nothing else really of note on the call. They've been able to move on some older lots and they are well aware of the persistently large discount to NTA (but no real plans to do anything about it).
