hahahaha yeah sorry about that had a couple of drinks and much more calm now. Love a bit of heated discussion though its really all just speculation and i doubt anyone knows all the facts.
what ever is going on I would say its pretty frantic at MAE HQ wish there was some way we could have a survey or friendly comp to guess at either sale or bankruptcy
