bought in at 13 cents must have been around January as qualified for the dividend then bought more (alot more ) between 4.2 and 6.2 cents in the last 40 days, average price bought in at 5.7 cents.
Predictions, well they havent broken any covenants they have unencumbered assets they can use as security on the loan coming due in October and the next loan is not for another 16 months hopefully the economy will be better for lending by then.
The vacancies on their offices are still very low and the weighted average lease terms are a lot longer than for Oz commerical so income is stable.
Like all Reits this is trading at a huge discount to NAV.
THe LTV is high by Australian standards being in the mid 60% range but not as high as others liek CER and VPG.
