^ ...All well and good, except in 2018 the world hadn't shifted to ZOOM and MS teams (and other cloud) almost exclusively for video conferencing...
And like someone said we are yet to get the narrative on just why IR monitoring on Cloud based conferencing is better?
Heck why does business need to monitor it outside the ZOOM and MS teams platforms at all?
What's the competitive advantage? Has this evaporated?
It's not like business is suddenly going to go back to "inhouse" video conferencing IMO ....Just saying...
