I really enjoy your emails : you are so far ahead of the game

Having been the frontrunners , the Chinese are rapidly falling out of favour and we are stepping into their spot . The Angolans are fed up with the way that the Chinese give no
work to the locals and do everything themselves . Even worse the Chinese have emptied their prisons and sent the inmates to Angola to work as chaingangs . For example near Longonjo
there is a Chinese chaingang who have helped us build the road : the poor bastards had not been paid and were sleeping by their D9 equipment so were delighted to moon -light for us .
As a result we have built a road and other infrastructure for a fraction of the cost

The key to the refinery is to get Sonangol to guarantee the supply of oil and the offtake of the products : this is going to be a real money-spinner
