    They plan to drill to very shallow wells commencing shortly. With surface oil seeps and location north of Tullow/Heritage, it sounds promising. However shallow wells and surface seepage may mean not much of a seal on top? Nevertheless, the Nigerian delta reportedly exhibits similar.
    A godd spec.I think.
