I mostly agree with you but i think the fact that the enviro issues around airports these days are virtually non-negotiable as far as government agencies go and so airports have bugger all choice about whether or not they would like to " let us go " as if they did they would just have to select an immediate replacement to monitor levels etc and either pay more or get a lesser service so that is very unlikely to happen. They may try to negotiate a short term non-payment period but even with that they would have to pay for the period eventually and i'm sure EVS management would only agree if they felt they were in a solid financial situation themselves ( which i believe they are ) . Hopefully the ANN that is due will clarify a few things and paint a rosy picture
