You are too fixated on the SP IMO. You say you have a long timeframe but your comments suggest otherwise.
This is PAR and it is not RAC or any other company and will not behave like any other company. 2 years from now PAR could be up 400% from today and RAC down 50% who knows. It’s like constantly trying to call the winner of a marathon after the first few kilometres, it’s pointless.
The only time the SP really matters is the day you wish to sell the company. Everything else in between that time is noise and is subject to volitility.
