    others here have held much longer than myself and would be more qualified to answer your question but I can give you a brief summary.

    in response to question 1
    the recurring revenue would be the Tasmania data centre they purchased, I am of the understanding this has not performed as well as hoped and only makes up a small portion of the revenue, Sydney centre makes very little if any and Melbourne one has been a destructive to the bottom line but is now rented out and is probably only a small cash drain atm.

    what will be a steady flow of income is from connect farms deal as I have mentioned in a previous post should generate around 6.5 million in cash flow over the next 18 months and on top of that you have mining companies such as Newcrest that have enjoyed the service by DXN.

    question 2
    it’s more appealing because it’s far more cheaper to install and set up and can be easily removed if nesseary with the removable units. The other big player in the space is next DC and they have a 5 billion MC they offer very large very costly large units. So DXN offer a nice substitute.

    this is just from my perspective I could be wrong on multiple levels.
