hey mate non have but we have had a ex board member when sitting on the board exercise 10mil options to shares which was good but now as no longer sitting is a little worry.

when I board member sits or non exc shares sales and purchases have to be disclosed to the public.

so only thing thing that crosses my mind now is that he longer sits on the board he no longer has to disclose selling of his shares so if worst case he Decides to sell there could be potential for them to be sold into market. I personally would think and is my own opinion that he may sell a little for some short term cash but IMO he will retain a nice size holding.

if the board approves this new t20 we will be able to see just how many he has sold cheers wiz32
