.watching the daily price movements, I would speculate that there is accumulation going on.

if for example, someone wants to accumulate 100 million shares.
Say he already hold 10 million shares, perhaps from participating in the recent placement.
if he just buy like me and you, it will not take long before the price will move up, and to achieve
a holding of 100m by buying 90m, he would have to pay more and more as he go along.
he would better off do something like :
buy 2m at 0.22, then sell 200,000 at 0.21. etc., a few time per day.......

Have patience.
