For Dixon he allocated the 10 mill shares to his trust account under a different name, it is in the 2A in February 19th i think. (Its most likely his SMSF account)
if you find fluffy Duck on the Top 20 this is Bevan's account. (Possibly SMSF).

My thoughts are like Hammo's, i believe the selling down of share relates to the 59 mill options and selling them down, of this 59 mill shares there were 11 vendors which i believed related to the oldguard (previous board members before FEX take over)

I would look it up but dont have my laptop on me as im at Mt Panorama for the bathurst 500.
