The $3m working capital is not an issue
From the last announcement:-
..........."Under the terms of the Convertible Note (Note 8), the
Company must at all times maintain a minimum
working capital (net cash) balance of not less than
$3,000,000.
The Company has a temporary WAIVER (my caps) of
this restriction currently in place."..................
