Undervalued obviously. Keith John has pulled a rabbit out of the hat and surely these figures are conservative based on PNC's past history as viewed by the market. From the wording it appears he has deliberately written down the PDP values further to ensure he is erring on the side of caution. Nothing has been said about touting for a better funding situation but if I was a holder I think I would be hoping that he can improve on the current deal of 15%+ - how good would the figures have been if they were on rates similar to CCP. He must be in a better situation to start looking around for a better deal now that he says things are stabilised. I am thinking about getting back in but I am committed in this sector with a swag of CCP so may swap a few if the price of PNC stays where it is.
