    Hi DUB,

Hal Crowther certainly puts a good descriptive phrase together although not all that analytical as to why?

Now let’s play the connect the Australian DOTS Game just for fun. (1 and 2 and 3 below) ps I’ve posted this before when we were talking about flag raising.

1 First let’s say something quite rude.
Australia's worst ever Prime Minister is this flailing and thrashing National Wedgie.

    2 But what about this?
Did we know that our little wedgie’s father had been a member of the 1930s fascist New Guard in Sydney, according to members of his own family and other evidence. Someone has called our little wedgie ... Jackboot Johnny.

    3. But what about this?
“Why of course the people don't want war... That is understood. But, after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship.
Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders.
That is easy. All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger.
It works the same in any country." –

    Hermann Goering, Nazi Officer,
Statement during his Nuremberg War Crimes Trial.
