MSB has often softened the blow of bad news by issuing trading halts and in carefully worded press releases. The two main reasons I ended up selling out were transparency of corporate communications and cash burn.
I think we're in for a couple more years of this before they can get close to another successful phase 3 and approval. Novartis deal going through would be a nice catalyst though for the share price in the short term as it would provide a bit of a remedy to both of those issues.
