I believe they are looking for social media ambassadors in Australia. These roles I also understand get a small sales commission on each click through when they post reviews / recommendations etc.
given the product price and features compared to Garmin all it needs is a little PR in the right community. It’s already for sale in anaconda / Kogan / catch
why don’t you contact BCC and find out how to be a marketing affiliate. You would prob make a great side income out of it just by talking about something your interested in ... or at least get a free Zoleo
