I am telling you when Lawrence was posting he was not engaged by the company but he now is and that’s why he can’t post. He is resident in Mongolia and I believe he now works as a consultant for the company cutting deals and all that sort of good stuff he knows what’s going on and he can speak mandarin Russian Mongolian and of course English and I think also Japanese. He’s the real deal and he’s now in the EXR engine house. A true asset for EXR. I think his last remuneration was in shares about 1.3M or oequivalent to 150k at the time.
