the canals need to be open to take advantage of any deals - but, when they are open - it then depends on the level of lockdowns and what your purpose is
for me - travelling down from Calais after lockdown 1 - it was wonderful
I am sorry that Paris wasn't my cup of tea - because the Universe arranged it for me ----------- it was mine - to do with which what I liked - no tourists
but, - I just didn't like it
all the other places - I had museums and historic sites to myself -it was wonderful.
atm - I'm probably on the verge of having decided to spend a summer in Auxerre when it's open ------------- which year is the question really..
