I can't give you advice, but I personally wouldn't be waiting until the CR. I think the share price could very well be at a stable 20 cents when we have initial supply agreements. It could spike to 30 cents immediately afterwards.
I would buy in March or April. It might dip a bit after that, but it won't be long after that until the rerate.
